Meets with undergraduate and graduate students and assists all areas pertaining to their academic interests, e.g., review CAPP Reports, Degree Clearance, Undergraduate Change of Majors/Change of Status forms, Transfer Credit Approval forms, and Minor Approval forms. Arranges campus visits, participates in on-campus undergraduate and graduate recruitment events.  Coordinates graduate funding process for new and returning students with Cheryl Keefe, Financial Manager. In addition, Course Scheduler for the department as well as originate curriculum applications for the H&SS Curriculum Committee; manages the department's entries in the Rensselaer Catalog.  Authorizes and coordinates payroll for work-study and URP students as well as work assignments for work-study students.
