The BarrettHand and new power supply are back and set up.

Tuesday, July 6, 2004:
It turns out the power supply needed to be replaced. A new one and the old hand are being shipped back today and should be in premium working condition shortly.

Wednesday, June 23, 2004:
The voltage problem in the power supply was fixed and now some tweaking must be done on the BarrettHand which needs a technician's expertise. ETA: In a week it will be shipped out to the RAIR lab.

Monday, June 14, 2004:
The BarrettHand was sent back to Barrett Technology for (hopefully) some minor repairs. It stopped communicating via the serial port with the computer, and it is our assumption that the voltage in the power supply is a little too low to pass on the communication to the hand itself.
